COVID-19 BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

With the current COVID-19 climate ever changing, a temporary change to the cancellation policy as follows:

• 24Hrs notice is required for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling. If not provided the non-refundable booking deposit will be forfeited.

• Please limit +1 guests with you to your appointment. Understandably this can be difficult .

• Sanitisation of the clinic room and equipment after each client, as well as through out the day is completed to keep you safe.

• Jane has completed the COVID-19 Infection Control Training via the Australian Government as well as infection control training.
